5S Manufacturing Audit Sheet

5S Manufacturing Audit with questions – many generic audits exist but very limited and subjective on description and scoring.  This audit includes questions that can be asked by the auditor in order to get the right answer.  The scoring is binary – yes or no – so that the answer is specific to the question while looking at the area being audited.  Safety questions highlighted in red – a 6th “S” can be added by adding another grouping.  Final score is based on number of “YES/NO” answers and converted to a percentage.  Office 5S Audit also available.
