5S Daily Checklist Production

5S Manufacturing Checklist – many generic checklists exist but very limited and subjective on description and scoring.  This checklist lets you upload 5S pictures that can be taking of the area such as workbenches, cabinets, machines, floors, etc. and compared to the actual area by the supervisor in order to get the current state of how the area was left by the previous shift.  The scoring is binary – yes or no – so that the answer is specific to the area while looking at the area being audited.  Final score is based on number of “YES/NO” answers and converted to a percentage for the week and signed off by the Production Manager.  Office 5S Checklist also available.
