Doug is a Senior Lean Management Consultant and Trainer. He has been an agent of change for more than two decades, helping clients transform their organizations into effective lean enterprises.

Doug studied lean principles extensively with Isuzu in Japan and was pivotal in developing McCain Food’s popular 6S for Success (5S + 1Safety) Visual Factory program, a global initiative to implement the same look and feel at all 52 manufacturing sites worldwide.
